"Five stars. I've been with Christian Amaya and his team for over ten years, since I moved back to California, and they handle multiple insurance needs for me. I know I could shop around and find comparable rates anywhere, but that's not why I stay. It's the service, and it's the advice. Nobody on this team pushes for a sale, they give real, practical guidance.
They recently reminded me not to future date a new car registration too far out since it can create hiccups with the DMV and insurance timing.
And when I called to reduce coverage on a vehicle, they made sure I understood the real risk first, since so many people are underinsured right now with times being tight.
That's the kind of care you get from this team. They've never treated me like just another number on a policy list, they know my history, and whenever I need them, day or night, I can call or text and they're there. If you're looking for an agent who truly cares, Christian and his team are the ones to call."
